This product is 3D-related. To help you get a great 3D experience, use the checklist below to ensure you have everything you need. 3D viewing requires:

	A Display First, you'll need a 3D-ready display--whether it's a 3D HDTV, 3D projector, or 3D computer monitor. These displays have more processing power than standard 2D models for displaying 3D images in rapid succession.

The DMP-BDT100 joins Panasonic's DMP-BDT300 and DMP-BDT350 Blu-Ray players in providing superior 2D and 3D picture quality, as well as VIERA CAST internet functionality, support for a wide variety of standards, video upconverting, re-sampling and remastering of audio at 96 kHz, and other great features. Frame Sequential Technology: Full HD Signals for Each Eye

The BDT100 outputs stunning and immersive Full HD 3D imagery to compatible HD displays. Panasonic's GT25 series 3D HDTVs, for example, allow images for each eye to be alternately reproduced at the rate of 60 frames per second (fps), making a total fps for both eyes. Viewers watch the images through high-precision 3D Eyewear (not included), which opens and closes the left and right shutters in synchronization with the alternating images. As a result, a separate 1920 x 1080 full-HD image is sent to each eye. This addresses the image quality problems and blurring that were common to earlier 3D systems, and creates sharp, crisp 3D images.

Wide Format Support

The BDT100 player outputs full 3D HD, handles a wide variety of audio standards, and upconverts all standard definition video formats to 1080p, the highest-possible video resolution.

Users can also watch 2D images (JPEG) and movies (AVCHD*2/MPEG2*2) from digital cameras and camcorders via the integrated SD card and USB slot, as well as 3D Content shot by a Panasonic HDC-SDT750 Camcorder.

Serious Audio

The BDT100 will decode Dolby Digital Plus/Dolby TrueHD and DTS/DTS-HD high-resolution audio, with much higher fidelity than CDs and support for up to eight full-range audio channels. Lower quality audio is up-sampled and re-mastered at 96kHz, for rich audio presentation no matter the media format.

With the new P4HD Enhanced full HD upsampling, the standard definition movies in DVD also approaches full HD quality.

PHL Reference Chroma Processor Plus reproduces color data with twice the accuracy of conventional systems, for distinct borders between colors (left) and details and nuances matching the original movie (right).

Perfect your sound with tools like the Dialogue Enhancer, which increases the center channel volume to make dialogue easier to hear, or Night Surround Mode, which compensates for hard-to-hear surround effects when listening at low volume; or dynamic compression, which evens out soft and loud sounds.

Even with large capacity Blu-ray media, the great volume of master movie data cannot fully be saved onto a single disc. Master data must first be compressed to fit to the capacity of a disc, and the key to decode this compressed data faithfully is to know the master data. Panasonic has a long history of research in image compression technologies, and has authored plenty of Blu-ray Disc movies at Panasonic Hollywood Laboratory, working directly with Hollywood filmmakers. By incorporating this accumulated knowledge, Panasonic can provide true-to-cinema picture quality, enabling faithful reproduction of the nuances, touch, and atmosphere the filmmakers intended.

PHL Reference Chroma Processor Plus

PHL Reference Chroma Processor Plus is a high quality image-processing technology developed to precisely process each pixel of the Blu-ray Disc video signal in the vertical direction. It reproduces color data with twice the accuracy of conventional systems to keep colors faithful and sharp.

With the new P4HD Enhanced full HD upsampling, standard definition movies on DVD approach full HD quality. Method Two: Watch Blu-ray videos with Blu-ray Player on Hdtv via Dlna.
If your Bd Player are of Dlna-capable. You can try this method.
This way will help you safe your Bd disc away from bodily damage. So you need to backup Blu-ray movie to Pc. However, not all formats are supported by Dlna.

To solve this problem you can directly rip and convert Blu-ray to Dlna supported formats. Foxreal Blu-ray Ripper can do you such a nice favor. Then you can watch Blu-ray movie on Pc with Hdtv via Dlna. Here I will show you how to perceive it by a step-by-step guide.

Step 1: Rip Bd movies to Pc with Foxreal Blu-ray Ripper.
Step 2: Ensure that your computer has installed Dlna server like Windows Media Player 11 or Ps3 Media Server or something like that. (Windows 7 has built-in Dlna server retain and doesn't want further software.)
Step 3: Dlna setup on Pc.
If you are not familiar with the steps, you can find more info here Dlna server setup (for Xp and Vista).
If your Os is Windows 7, you can directly click start and type "Media Streaming" in the crusade box, then click Media Streaming selection (generally the first option) to turn on Media Streaming.
Step 4: Bd Player Setup.
Connect your Bd Player with Hdtv and home theatre. Then ensure that your Bd Player has been connected to the home network (wired or wireless).
Step 5: Play Bd movie on Hdtv.
Use Hdtv remote control to find the Bd movies shared via Windows Media Player 11. Then you can freely enjoy those Bd movies from your computer.

Except Bd movie, with this formula you can also enjoy any other video or movie from your Pc with Bd Player on Hdtv.

Method Three: Enjoy Blu-ray movie with movable phone on Hdtv via Dlna/Hdmi.
Some population like to stream Bd movies to movable phone so that they can take them anywhere and enjoy anytime. If your phone supports Dlna then you can try this way to enjoy Bd movie on Hdtv.

Here I will select Droid X as an example show you how to play Bd movie with Droid X on Hdtv via Dlna/Hdmi.

Part I: Stream Bd videos to Droid X.
As we know, any movable phone cannot retain all video formats. So does Droid X. Droid X only supports formats like Mpeg-4, Mp4, H.264, Wmv, Divx or Xvid. Generally H.264 (*.mp4) is the best format for Droid X. Then the best way is to rip and convert Bd movies to H.264 (*.mp4) for Droid X. Foxreal Blu-ray Converter will be your good choice.

Step 1: Rip and convert Bd movies for Droid X.
Format Video H.264 (*.mp4) at 1500 bitrate and 23.97 frame rate with 854*480 resolution is advise here, with which you can enjoy Bd movie on your Droid X with full screen to get the best optic effect.
Step 2: change Bd movies to Droid X with Usb connection.

Part Ii: Stream Blu-ray moives to Hdtv via Dlna.
Step 1: Ensure that your home network or WiFi network is running.
Step 2: Turn on the Dlna-capable Hdtv and make it connect to the WiFi network.
Step 3: adopt the Dlna application on Droid X. (If you get a pop-up message notifying you to turn on WiFi connection, click Yes to turn on WiFi.).
Step 4: select Share media on Dlna screen and then adopt video as the media file you want to share. Click Ok.

Then wait for a little until a green Dlna logo appears in the status bar showing the Dlna association successfully.

At this time, you can enjoy the Bd movies on Hdtv with Droid X via Dlna.

Or you can directly connect Droid X and Hdtv with Hdmi to enjoy the Bd movie. Then click the Hdmi icon on the top left projection of the movie file on your Droid X. It also will be Ok.
